What to Expect at a SHARE Consultation Meeting

You might be curious what it is like to meet with a SHARE counselor for a consultation around organizational support, a clinical consult, or a request for a workshop. When you meet with us for the first time, we will move at your pace. You can expect that we will ask you what name and pronouns you’d like us to use.

In a first conversation, we might discuss:

  • A brief summary of what is happening
  • If there is a scenario or main concern for which you would like support or consultation
  • What support or a positive outcome might look like for you

A first conversation would usually not be more than 50 minutes, and you can leave at any time. We can meet in person or virtually via secure zoom. We look forward to meeting you and collaborating!
