About the NDAB & Title IX Compliance Team
The NDAB & Title IX Compliance Team serves as both a direct line of support for community members and a central hub of information regarding the University's Policies and Procedures for Non-Discrimination, Anti-Bullying, Sexual Harassment, and Other Sexual Misconduct. The Compliance Team works to help you understand your rights and explore options, including how to:
- Submit a formal complaint;
- Seek informal resolution;
- Connect with resources internal and external to Harvard; and/or
- Access supportive measures to help you continue in your education and/or work here at Harvard.
Non-Discrimination & Anti-Bullying
The NDAB Compliance Team serves as both a direct line of support for community members and a central hub of information regarding the University’s Non-Discrimination Policy and Anti-Bullying Policies and Procedures, and serves as a resource for Harvard’s network of Local Designated Resources, who help support community members with concerns relating to non-discrimination and anti-bullying.
Title IX & Other Sexual Misconduct
The Title IX Compliance Team serves as both a direct line of support for community members and a central hub of information regarding the Interim Title IX Sexual Harassment Policy and Interim Other Sexual Misconduct Policy, and serves as a resource for Harvard’s network of local Title IX Resource Coordinators, who help support community members with concerns relating to sexual harassment and other sexual misconduct.
