File a Formal Complaint Online

Members of the Harvard community may file a formal complaint of sexual harassment and other sexual misconduct with the University Title IX Coordinator by filling out and submitting an online complaint form.

Please note that you must sign in using your HarvardKey to access the form. If you are member of the Harvard community and need a HarvardKey, you may claim your Key and find technical support for claiming your Key at: https://key.harvard.edu/select-user-type

Typically, within one business day, you will receive a follow-up email about next steps in the complaint process.
