Victoria Nguyen, Ed.M.
Victoria Nguyen (she/her) serves as the CSNDR Compliance and ODR Program Administrator in Harvard’s Office for Community Support, Non-Discrimination, Rights & Responsibilities (CSNDR) and Office for Dispute Resolution (ODR). In this role, she provides operational, logistical, and administrative oversight for formal complaint processes and compliance-related functions for the office and plays a key role in guiding the implementation of Harvard’s Non-Discrimination and Anti-Bullying (NDAB) policies and procedures, as well as the University's Title IX and Other Sexual Misconduct policies. Victoria collaborates closely with CSNDR Compliance Team and ODR leadership to strengthen operational infrastructure, enhance University-wide processes, and advance a community free from discrimination and harm.
Victoria holds a Master’s degree in Education Leadership, Organizations, and Entrepreneurship from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, where she concentrated in Higher Education, and earned dual bachelor's degrees in Marketing and Business Administration from the University of Utah’s David Eccles School of Business.
Outside of her role at CSNDR, Victoria serves as a Teaching Fellow at the Harvard Graduate School of Education and is passionate about supporting students in developing their leadership, courageous dialogue, and governance skills. Outside of work, Victoria enjoys reading, spending quality time with loved ones, both family and chosen family, and supporting local businesses and events.
