Rachel DiBella, PsyD, MSW, serves as Associate Director for Strategic Prevention Initiatives in the Harvard University Office for Community Support, Non-Discrimination, Rights and Responsibilities. In her role, Rachel oversees strategic efforts to provide education, training, technical assistance, and consultation to members of the Harvard community. In addition to her role at Harvard, Rachel has taught undergraduate and graduate courses in sociology and social work and recently completed her doctor of psychology at William James College.
