On the SHARE team, Jon (he/him) is a clinician and a restorative practitioner with a focus on accountability work with people who have caused harm. His orientation to accountability work is informed by many experiences – within transformative justice/community accountability processes, men’s group work, racial justice activism, and participation in Circle-based healing spaces.

Professionally, Jon has worked in community-based mental health since 2009 in settings that include secondary and post-secondary education, community health centers, mobile trauma response work, and intensive home-based family therapy settings.

Jon’s formal clinical training comes through the Boston College School of Social Work, Latino Leadership Initiative and in year-long training programs in mindfulness-based psychotherapy and Internal Family Systems therapy.

Jon is able to engage in work with English and Spanish speakers. He identifies as a white person of Irish and Eastern European descent, queer, and as a cis-man.
